Fine Details for the Best Relief from Physical Pain

Many of you suffer from physical pain. You would like to understand how to get rid of bodily tension . There are simple practices to put in place in your daily life. All are without specialists, physiotherapist, osteopath, etc. In this article, we give you my tips for identifying triggers and how to avoid them. We are not health professionals. Far from there. But having me suffered the most common pains, we learned to avoid them or at least relieve them.

Understand and identify triggers

In all aspects of our daily lives, our bodies are moving. Without even realizing it, we create habits that move us away from the consciousness of movement. The body becomes just a means, an object, and a vehicle.

Then we sit involuntarily in bad postures. The body tensions are insinuating. In the long term, they settle so deeply that chronic pain appears. Maybe you are a victim. Cervical, back, shoulders pain, etc.

Behind every physical pain lays hidden emotion

During our existence, we are confronted with more or less serious psychological or physical traumas that our brains bury deeply. A painful childhood, a physical trauma, a life too demanding can be the source of strong stress or repressed anger.

Unconsciously, our body records all sorts of details like smells, sounds, bodily sensations, etc. These details are triggers.

For each painful or stressful situation, a specific muscle contraction appears: clenched jaws, clenched teeth, clenched fists, stiff legs, shrugged shoulders, curved back, etc. The pain is then a message for the body.

To protect and repair oneself, the body is subject to a physiological reaction called emotion. It is characterized in 3 stages: bodily sensations, tensions and evacuation of the felt emotion. From you can get a lot of support now.

There are 2 types of emotions

On the one hand, we are touched by so-called phasic emotions: anger, fear, love, contempt, and on the other hand by our affect: feelings, motivations, moods.

We can distinguish:

The so-called primary emotions: these are normal reactions that last a few minutes and that we are able to understand and the so-called parasitic emotions: they are disproportionate reactions (violent remorse, an irrepressible desire to give blows), which affect the whole organism in all circumstances.

Body mapping

After much research, the Finnish scientists had the idea to represent on a body map the areas affected by our emotions. The emotions we experience on a daily basis do not have the same impact on the body. Each emotion represents a well-defined body zone. Take the most common emotions and study them more closely. For each of these emotions, I will give you the part or parts of the body impacted, the physical signs felt and their intensity.
